Help stop drunk driving in Washington

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) needs your help to advance lifesaving legislation SB 5002 and HB 2196 to make Washington the second state to enact a .05 per se law.

Studies suggest if all states enacted a .05 BAC law, over 1,700 lives would be saved each year. In Utah, according to a 2022 NHTSA study, they found the new law is reducing drunk driving deaths significantly.
